I have an work experience of 14 months in Domestic BPO and 28 months of experience in International BPO. Currently I'm working on agent level on a CTC of 25k but unfortunately i was not able to complete my graduate thats why i am not getting any chances to get promote nor I'm getting any salary hike, so if anyone can inform me where should i have to apply so i can get more than my current CTC...

What do you do when you feel the goalpost has been/is being moved re: billable requirements? Like there's a spoken vs unspoken? I chose this job based on billables vs salary and what I'm being told I'm expected to do now is 20-30% (at least) > than what was initially agreed upon. I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer.
