Monaco GP 2021 PSA: Marriott Le Meridien hotel in Monaco just opened up rooms on points for the Grand Prix weekend.

Staying at the Ritz and STR in the Maldives so expecting good service and reading mixed things about tipping. I usually don’t tip much at hotels (never really thought about it) but what do people do? Is there an expectation and would the amount be based on like room rate or just a flat daily per day?
