2 weeks back I had panel interview at Apple. Last week I followed up with the recruiter and she said they finally decision is not made yet and hiring team requested additional time to review.
I think the panel round went well. Don’t think I made a major mistake. Answered most of the questions. 6 out of 7 panel rounds I felt positive at the end. 1 went okay. What should I make of this ? Am I a backup up candidate ? Will really appreciate some feedback.

It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It's almost as if people don't want to be in offices anymore so that's why it's difficult for them to fill those roles.
Sidenote: recruiters, you can see on my LI profile that I'm remote. In the "What jobs are you interested in" field you can see I'm only interested in remote roles.
