Titles are overrated. I know a CFO for a multi-billion dollar company whose title is general manager.
Good move if you see yourself working with their team and there is personal + professional growth.

I agree with SM1. A title means nothing. For example, I have less experience than half my team but I’m the manager and they’ll never achieve higher than their current role (by choice though. I’m a “go-getter”)
Good move because it’s a great company with future growth? Or bad move to leave without a senior title?
Would be about a 10% bump
Might also consider other benefits as well apart from base salary (for example, if they offer stock options, year end bonuses, fully covered medical, etc). Title doesn’t matter
