You have responsibilities Buddy, please don't allow it things to get worse. Get your vitamin & Harmone levels checked first.
You have clear depression symptoms, please consult a psychologist & psychiatrist. For now start medications, but please go for cognitive behavioural therapy to fix anxiety & depression.
Stop sedentary life, move around & join gym.
You need to find purpose man, don't feel disheartened. Interact with ppl more, make some friends, you'll get out eventually.

We understand the hardship you are going through. As you yourself have said that you have a dependent mother, you are required to take care of yourself for her.
Life gets hard, from time to time, and we all feel sad. But this prolonged feeling of sadness and unwillingness to live are clear symptoms to depression.
I have been suffering from anxiety from last 6 years, and depression intermittently. You are required to take professional help, NOW.
Please do not take this lightly, consultant a psychologist first, based on discussion with him/ her you can get medications from a psychologist also.

Just keep going. Time makes everything better. Let some time pass and you will find more ways, more opportunities, better options in all areas of your life. Just keep going and keep looking around. Also don't hesitate to visit a counselor if needed, it helps.
Do little things for urself to feel good apart from doing ur job, ur duty, whatever u like spend something on that too.
