I’d say promising but don’t pit all your eggs in one basket, and don’t stop looking elsewhere until you have an offer. And let them know you’re talking to other places. You should feel courted!
I had a series of amazing interviews then hit one person who scuttled it. My advice is to think about what each interviewer wants from your role so you can give the right answers. Each person is different!
I had three interviews (2 in person) at a place then was told I was a great fit and would be perfect for the company....but they decided to hire internally. So yeah....you never know.
