Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

What is the salary for a ‘H4’ band?
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Honestly, in this market, have a pulse. You’ll land this job so long as you don’t say anything offensive/obnoxious. Query whether you’re prepared for the misery that is WFH during these market conditions. Good luck!
Agree with C1. It’s pretty miserable in big law M&A right now hours wise and especially top firms so definitely be mentally prepared. It’s the worst it’s ever been in a lot of our careers. They’ve all become crazy sweatshops.
You’re gonna do great! Know your important deals inside out and be able to explain your role on both a larger deal and a smaller deals. Show that you can plug and play into the types of deals the AmLaw firm frequently work on (check the partner’s deal list). They already like you on paper, so you’re just adding another layer of confidence for them.
That’s really helpful! Thank you!
