A lot of meetings these days are on Zoom/Teams. I find myself muting participants often who constantly have background noise. It's always the same 2-3 culprits too. Anyone else do this?

I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses .
