About to get an offer from Capgemini Invent. Manager level out of Philadelphia area. Any insight on what I can expect/negotiate for on salary?

Does anyone have a good resource to find in house counsel salary information? I always try to flip the compensation expectations back to the recruiter, but you don't always get the best responses. Tough to do research on the glassdoors/comparably's of the world. Any resource would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know what an appropriate percent of a raise to ask for is? I havent gotten an increase in two years since my probation ended and I'm trying to determine a number to ask, but I dont want to aim too high Info: cost of living has increased 6.6% in that time, and a posting within my company is over 15% higher than my salary for an entry level position. Hi! I refinanced my car from Capital One to Navy Federal. I completed my paperwork with Navy Federal and I notified Capital One verbally. I was under the impression that both companies would talk to eachother and everything would be done for me. Turns out, Navy Federal sent me a check that I was supposed to forward to Capital One. I didn’t realize until Capital One asked for a payment. No worries, I know that’s my fault. So I reiterated I financed, had Navy federal send me a new check
