Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?
Anyone got salary today??

No. ACN IT anything is better than anyone else. You’re in ACN S which is developing quite a bit of prestige and D is not nearly good enough to take a demotion
D2, but we have a senior analyst title and you don’t. In both firms, it takes 3 promotions to make it to manager. So yes, it’s a demotion
Not a demotion, that’s just how ACN levels map to Deloitte. One of my project managers came over from Accenture as senior consultant and then got promoted to Manager the next year because he delivered
If my understanding is correct, isn’t the “associate manager” at Accenture equal to SC at Deloitte? If so, then Manager (one level up) would be higher, no?
Yes our levels don’t match Accenture’s typically since path to M is quicker in Acc than at D
Don’t do it.
SC comp at Deloitte is 100 - 160k, the top end being those post MBA. What is M comp at Accenture?
ACN Strategy M comp starts at 160
Thanks peeps. I prob won’t since I like where I am and because I’m managing others. Nice to know at least
Good call OP. I know someone who did this who came right back to ACN. Not worth a “demotion” on paper.
