Dear Fishes, I am in a conundrum currently. I have two offers. One from Deloitte USI (17.5 LPA fixed, 1.75 LPA variable and 1.5 L joining bonus). The other is from Infosys (25 LPA CTC. Permanent WFH. Negotiation is still on for this.)
Could you please be so kind as to help me decide which one to choose?
Thanks in advance,

Hi Adidas Family,
Do you have any idea about internal transfer process? I have joined Adidas recently and looking for internal transfer to Amsterdam office.
FYI.. I have one more counter offer for UAE and they are ready to give me 75L INR.

I don't think these are problems specific to Adidas. Would one rather be in "cut-throat" firms with crazy hire and fire policy even as their numbers are profitable - this is a personal choice. I have been in both boats and feel that, one needs to see the overall deal here - compared to its peers, Adidas, if not among top 10%, is surely well above average in terms of policies, tech stack, culture etc. Its a personal choice after all.
Your experience would depend on the team you are in.
I know four directors who left in last 6 months from same team . Two of them were in india and Two from Germany.
There is lot of politics going on and German Management want to consolidate all power and authority.
The indian directors came from good product back ground and they got better opportunities elsewhere.
Adidas does not deserve good employees
I'd wager that most of them, upon leaving Adidas, would struggle to land a position at any legitimate product-based company. And that's likely why they stick around here, where there are no restrictions. Moreover, there's a glaring lack of opportunities for promotion and salary growth here. If you're looking for a few years of coasting in your career, then joining Adidas might be your ticket. The upper management is adept at pulling the wool over everyone's eyes, from the middle management to the junior levels. It's a cycle of deception, with everyone playing their part, and it seems like those in Germany are getting the worst end of the deal.
