Advice please- During the pandemic I moved onto an account that is run out of another office location, so I will be able to WFH when we need to return to the office (my dream!), but I was just offered a job at my dream company (L’Oréal), but will need to be in the office 3x/week ASAP/no agency holidays. I love beauty and want to grow in my career and go client side, but I’ve never been happier working from home/value work/life balance. (Also any insight on the culture there?) Appreciate it!
