Take the L'Oreal job. You just said it's your dream job. This chance will never come again. You can always negotiate to 2x in-office a week at corporate once you've established yourself.

How important is growth and advancement for you ?
If it’s at all important, take the client side job.
If not, stay where you are.
Agencies that have a mix of remote and in person employees will give more opportunities to those in person. Already seeing that at my agency.
Also you may at some point be switched onto a different account regardless.
Congratulations! Definitely a win win.
Take the dream job, try and negotiate to less office time, and if after awhile you miss being fully remote, find another job. There will always be other opportunities. Agency work is never truly stable- you could get moved to another account at any point and need to be in an office again.
I think the team/brand matters but I had a friend who worked at L’Oréal Paris internally years ago and had an awful experience: catty, petty, toxic, super corporate/stiff. Heard it was pretty intense in terms of expectations. Not sure if that has changed — this was 8/9 years ago.
I worked on agency side of LOP — it wasn’t especially thrilling. I’d try to get a good gauge of work-life balance — cause that’s pretty valuable.

I had this luxury at an agency pre-pandemic and loved it. I’d say it comes down to what you value more - the balance of WFH or the dream company.
Also remember the brand/product being cool does not always translate to a positive work environment or experience.
Transfer to Wavemaker and work on the L’Oreal account. Keep your agency holidays and get the L’Oreal experience.
I'm sorry, no agency holidays? What does that mean? You're working on Christmas Day?
I would check the culture at L’Oréal… like someone else said, I hear it’s toxic.
