Hi,
What will be the in hand salary for this?

Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

Job hopping is one of the best ways to increase salary.
Also advocating for yourself. I found this really hard to do in my first few years but it gets easier.
The best thing you can do is arm yourself with knowledge about market rate for your skill set. Then it's not you whining for more money, it's you showing that there is a fair value for your skill set and asking to be compensated accordingly. When I could refer to X article or y statistics showing what similarly skilled people are making, it helped me negotiate up by 5 figures.
I once heard that the quality of a person's life is determined by how many uncomfortable conversations they are willing to have. It doesn't always hold but I like the idea. Get in the habit of having uncomfortable conversations about money and you'll get better at not selling yourself short
You are spot on. I am usually perceived as someone “agreeable” and I try to avoid confrontations or uncomfortable conversations at all cost (quiet literally here). Hey, really appreciate you sharing the insight.
I think you can hit at least 100k with a big 4. Probably can come in as a senior consultant.
It'll come down to how confident you can come off as and how well your resume is written.
I’ve successfully asked for 2 pay raises in my 7 year career. As others have mentioned, do research on what people with similar credentials at your company are making. I would agree that the 90-100k range sounds right but check online and with peers. Then, be ready with examples of strong performance in the past, and bring up your credentials (ex: certifications). When it comes to the actual conversation, be straightforward with what you want and why you deserve it. You got this!!
Thanks for sharing your experience and the encouragement!
How much are you making right now?
90-100k should be easily doable. Start looking around.
Ask for how much you think that you are worth. If company can’t afford you... there are millions of others (globally) that can.
90-100 feels about right
You should be asking for 90-100k. What kind of client are you supporting?
It’s a tricky one because I do not need a clearance
72 is very very low. I would say even 90-100k is low with your experience.
