Mckinsey Knowledge Centre-31 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable + 1L JB
Smart Energy Water- 36 LPA Fixed
Coforge- 35 LPA
DMI- 34.5 LPA Fixed+ 3.85 LPA Variable
Connectwise- 38 LPA

I think firm is gonna come back with an offer at the bottom of my given range. Any chance I can negotiate to the higher end of my range? I know I screwed up and should’ve started it higher

How long before switching job? I have 2 years of HR Experience (1 year from each job) and I want to get more money.

PWC India - 16 LPA
Oracle Financial Services Software(OFSS) - 21 LPA

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?

Does anyone know the pay scale for construction supervisor for the Shelly Company

Are ppl worried about being on the bench esp when there aren’t a lot of projects in the pipeline? New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Is it actually worrisome to be on the bench in this environment or is this just a product of highly ambitious over achievers worrying about not being constantly utilized?

Deloitte fish: I’m an alum trying to do some retirement planning. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
