Simple Path to Wealth - JL Collins. 5K into VOO BABY!!
I Will Teach You To Be Rich by Ramit Sethi. There are no secrets, just automated investing in low cost index funds

Simple path to Wealth is by far the most straightforward book for someone just starting. In fact, incremental value on everything else I read after that was minimal.
As far as funds, all my funds are are equally divided between VOO, VUG, and VGT. As you get closer to retirement, redistribute increase VOO and less exposed to VUG and VGT.
Same as my portfolio

Well OP. You just began your path to financial freedom. Stick to the advice. I deviate only by adding VUG and VGT to my portfolio in addition to VOO. It’s been great but careful with that VGT. There’s quite a bit of misplaced exuberance.
Khan Academy. Bogleheads Wiki. JL Collins stock series. In that order. After reading all this you will have an idea of what google and how to invest your money.
I would break that money to 10 parts and invest $500 every 15 days in VOO. Under normal circumstances, I would have gone all in but times are different.
For Fidelity you can do SPY or IVV

Wealthfront is a good “set it and forget it” advisor. I’ve been using it for a few years and have liked its features (tax loss harvesting for one). DM me for a referral code where we both get more money managed for free.
Wealthfront is not allowed at Deloitte if is not part of BDIP. Which I don’t think it’s. Same reason why Robinhood is not allowed.
I used fidelity(free trades and you can buy fractional shares if you use the app), VOO or QQQ, both are the same thing. I also buy safe growth stocks(AAPL, AMZN, MSFT, V, JNJ) but that’s same as buying VOO/QQQ
VOO is the S&P500. QQQ is the Nasdaq.
Very different make ups and weightings.
