The level of anxiety I'm seeing in clinic is making me anxious

I’ve had a really tense, emotionally exhausting week. Things wrapped up yesterday and now my body feels so strung out and exhausted. Any tips for coming down from being so strung out without relying on toxic habits and just shutting down/procrastinating? Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? Does anyone feel that the Oil and Gas industry is the most discriminatory industry of all? They won’t even look at resume without O&G experience! It does not make sense to me as I would rather teach someone the specifics of an industry if they were a good fit. And for an industry that has so many obstacles from Government, Environmental Organizations and so on, why they are adding more bad publicity to themselves is not a great approach.
