Recs for LA & San Fran??

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

WTF??? How’s that acceptable? What terribad airline is this????
Op, I just have to say I love the snark in your comments. It sucks what happened to you. I would be salty too
As a recovering consultant turned airline pilot I ask everyone to take a step back. The crew probably didn’t show up late. They likely timed out late last night and were not even allowed to show up until they had 10 hours “rest”. This is per FAR 117. Look it up. The gate agent probably didn’t do a good job of explaining what happened.
I’m not saying there aren’t two sides to the story. I’m just saying read the room.
You should also be fired
Because your flight is the most important thing in the world?! GTFO
It happens... Good luck to you, too! Happy Flyday!
Was this American?
No it was my United friends who couldn’t wake up for a 2pm flight
Fire the crew...because they were late? Are you claiming that they were intentionally late? Because it’s usually company transportation
A1 we don’t sympathize with airlines - we request miles
