Hoping to get in touch with #Peraton recruiter! I have about 9 months left in Air Force where I work in cyber defense and vulnerability management, have a BA in cybersecurity, sitting for CISSP and have lots of certs. Would love to chat with someone about opportunities. Hold a clearance and could technically start in 7 months. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you.

Also, Analytics people are in huge demand right now...
I am strategic. Before working in the advertising industry, I worked on accumulating qualitative data for tv shows. It was a lot of research and finding people that didn't exist for a crime tv series and a few other shows. I then worked in digital production handling start to finish of projects including a VR pitch. And now I work in analytics, handling quantitative data and determining successful campaigns and working closely with many different KPIs. I want to work in strategy because it encompasses both qualitative and quantitative research and proves the best way for a successful campaign. I want to be able to use my insights to work closely with content strategy.
The key difference I've seen between strategy and analytics is that with analytics, data dictates the story, and with strategy, the story dictates the data you use. It's related, but a different way of thinking. Are you comfortable with the gray area and not having clear black/white answers?
Thank you
Get into a hybrid analytics/strategy role and make it known you want to do brand strategy. Ask to have a senior mentor strong in brand strategy who also needs to supplement his or her analytics skills to properly service their client. And after a year or two of good work ask that the analytics specialty be removed from your title. The production experience is not much help at all. In fact I would downplay it as it looks like you are department hopping a lot.
Are you strategic? What makes you want to do strategy? What kind of strategy? Be honest -far too many people like the idea of strategy because it seems "smart". If you were great at using quantifiable insights in your analytics role you should have some of the raw materials.
