You’re not going to find that in a book, in my opinion. The only way to be more social is to put yourself out there, despite any uncomfort you may feel. I read books and take in info that I find interesting, which frankly paved the way for good conversation. I’m an introvert, and I almost always don’t enjoy the anticipation of being social, but once I’m in it find it enjoyable.

More like able - read how to win friends and influence people. More social - do things you enjoy already, just with groups.
Like to run? fish? Skydive? Roller skate? There’s groups for that.

Learn to listen. Hartford Funds has a guy Dr Elko I listen to every Monday morning. Be interested and less interesting.

Everyone has a different perspective on this but would love to hear yours. Someone has debt ranging say 4-5% interest rates. Do you attack debt more then investing to move towards a debt free life or do you go after investments since they return historically above that then paying down closer towards retirement. I know the latter looks better on paper but what about the psychological factors of being debt free and the guaranteed return on interest savings.
