Any c++ dev position in salesforce Salesforce

I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.

Any HR pros able to explain the process for hiring US citizens to Canadian offices, and if that process is so onerous you would rather offer a much higher US salary to avoid it?

I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

How Is the future of C++ language . I have been working on c++ for almost 1.5 years in a health care industry to maintain legacy code base.
But my current pay is only 10 lpa. While my friends in full stack developer role is earning twice my package .

So I am confused , will the package get better if I switch companies ???? Or is it better to switch the tech stack itself ????

I like c++ coding much more than any language .but package is also my concern.
