Rising Star
Paros. Island in Greece. Its beautiful and not too touristy. Not too expensive. Stay in the city of Nassau :) did it for a month and it was amazing. Can send you the airbnb if its not too far (in case you are US).

Love love Paros
How can you wfh outside the US?
Following. I want to go to Costa Rica
Costa Rica is great. So many expats there. Wifi is strong and reliable at least where I was near Uvita. All of my meetings were on Eastern time so it was easy to sync my day and hang out after work and on weekends.
Hope you’re still not at Deloitte if looking out of the US
I recommend anywhere in South America.
Pro
Outside will be tough if you also plan to WFH there (you can’t WFH outside the US if I remember correctly); but nothing stopping you from having a well needed vacay!
For inside - lots of domestic places to visit - heard AZ is nice, I’m sure a couple of days in Hawaii will feel like paradise, I’m sure Maine will also be nice (but very cold at this time like most NE cities)
I know folks who did a quick WFH week in Miami and enjoyed it (they were from the NE so it felt like a mini vacay)
Mexico City is extremely underrated and dirt cheap. Great food culture too!
I’ve worked from CDMX and it’s amazing. Good wifi, great food, and you’re right super underrated
