Aside from short term emergency declarations where visas are handed out, has anyone found any countries that provide a visa due to a skill shortage, or carriers that offer sponsorship for senior insurance professionals? Curious mostly about Europe and Oceania.

Hello , I have accepted an offer from a UK firm , they mentioned that they will provide coc form to me and then I have to apply for a visa (they will reimburse the visa cost)
Is this a norm there ?

I am required to travel to Canada anyway for my PR stamping and I am trying to figure out if I can get my H1B stamped around the same time while I am in Canada for my PR, since it is extremely difficult to get appointments in India these days? Question about IEP goals if anyone can help. If a student has an OT goal (say being able to zip coat or put on shoes without assistance) and the IEP says person responsible is the OT, is that all on them? I understand I could also work on it too in class but when IEP comes, they are responsible for writing the IEP portion and talking about that? Same with speech and language provider?

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm.
