Any feedback from JPM Private Client Advisors here? WLB, comp structure, benefits, products offered to clients.

Have a few friends who took roles recently and they are raving about it but have only been there for a few months. Thinking about making a move. Thanks for any input

Been a PCA for over a year - it’s great when you’re fully staffed and have bankers making calls and sending referrals, sucks when you only have one banker and a teller and you’re pretty much prospecting on your own. You can negotiate your base salary for your first 3-5 years, and bonus is based on revenue. Once you have enough revenue you can get paid off the grid. Grid payout is about 10% less than Merrill, but the upside is if you have bankers feeding you referrals you’re getting more opportunities than you ever would as an advisor at a wire house.

We can do almost everything any other firm can do, except for custom managed stock portfolios, best we can do is custom managed mutual fund/etf portfolio

Any in-house antitrust counsel willing to offer up some advice? I just started in a firm's well-regarded antitrust group. What do I do over the next few years to make myself most marketable to move in-house? And when is that move actually feasible/ideal for antitrust specialists?

Seems like I can pull work from the whole discipline (merger clearance, civil lit, criminal) — should I spread myself across all of it to maximize my skillset/marketability?

All thoughts and advice welcome. TYSM :)

COO’s & previous SR. account executives…

I made it to regional manager for a franchise by age 22. Ran a successful financial practice & sold by the age of 33. Took 2 years off and built a health & wellness coaching platform for my wife (medical provider). Then, the last 2.5 yrs, have been a top producer in Saas sales as a senior account executive. I’ve been told I would make a great COO someday and I’m ready to take the next step into leadership. Who/what should I be targeting next?

Hello fellow SAP Consultants!
I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
