Can anyone guide me or provide the link for how to get job visa for UK or Europe from India, as I am getting job opportunities in UK but they are asking work visa for UK as the company where I am applying are not eager to sponsor my visa?

Currently on H1B and waiting for an offer from EY. Does EY kick start with green card process quickly in special cases. HR said normally it is 1 yr but he has to check with legal team. More inside..

My YOE is 4.3 and ctc is 13 lpa. I am currently nominated for H1B 2023 and my petition is pending with USCIS for approval after lottery. I have heard H1B process could take months to complete. Should I waiting for the H1B or make a swtich? Is it worth waiting for H1B and how much saving one can make per month if traveling to US?

My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

There’s no reason you have to put up with a job you hate. I spent many years working in a toxic environment with a boss who gossiped and lead through fear. He wasn’t really much of a leader but basically a foreman. And he could make my existence miserable. I admit that it wasn’t easy to find another job but the bottom line is: trust your guts. If you feel something is wrong it’s because it probably is. Don’t second guess yourself. Look for options and and fight for your mental health.

My ethnicity makes me a minority but I would never join a minority affinity/business resource group. I think it creates separation which can lead to an “us versus them” mentality - a step backwards. Aren’t we supposed to respect or work towards respecting each other without the need to form institutions to make things “official”? Really over this job, but company just started my GC application. I hear it takes about 2 years. Is the GC worth the wait? Does the time go by fast? Lol I feel stuck here & just tired. Send help

My priority date is Dec 2012 in EB2. Is it worth waiting for US GC or apply and get Canadian PR in the next 6-12 months? Serious answers please.
