Is there a scientific reason why we get songs stuck in our heads? How come we don’t really experience this kind of thing with our other senses?

I'm looking for wine recommendations as a bourbon drinker. I'm a regular to barrel proof bourbons (120+ proof) and did a few red wines tonight but was expecting more. I'm hoping to find a red that is more full tasting or has a more pronounced finish.
