work during quarantine: month 5

Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

You should get a doctors note to excuse you because PCR can stay positive for several weeks sometimes, even when you’re out of the 10 day isolation window when you’re contagious. I would recommend a rapid ANTIGEN, not PCR, because the antigen will be quicker to result negative after infection
Also if you tested positive two days ago (1/7), you wouldn’t yet be out of the 10 day isolation window by your flight on 1/14 so will likely have to postpone travel
Following.
This graph has more info than you prob need, but it may be helpful in understanding how tests may be positive even before symptom onset and even after the contagious window, depending on the kind of test. A repeat rapid antigen test (red line) is more likely to be negative a few weeks after infection than a repeat PCR test (blue line), which is more precise and has a long tail and remains positive for several weeks (because of differences in what the test is measuring)
Don’t travel. You can test positive on PCR for ~90 days, but COVID+ result necessitates avoiding travel for 10 days per CDC guidelines. (Even the updated ones: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/quarantine-isolation.html#calculating-isolation)
