Any insights on how to dive in into Tech Recruiting? I am trying to apply for that line of business but all the postings Ive seen so far requires minimum 2 years of experience. I recent started (8 months also Contract/limited time) with new company but i’m assigned in a Retail Environment. I really did not thought that aspect before accepting the offer. I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut.
