How is the hike and bonus guys
Microsoft is hiring an account executive and I’m really interested in the role. I have B2B sales experience in a different industry, but my skills include lead generation, prospecting, account management, negotiating, etc (all within the C Suite and other decision makers).
Would appreciate knowing if this is something I have a shot at with no tech sales experience and what I could expect for promotional opportunities and compensation.
Thanks for the help!

Yeah our schools and some businesses are shut down Thursday and Friday but it doesn't affect me
Hi
Not an issue where I'm at currently. I used to live in the south though, and you're spot on that everything comes to a standstill on the rare occasion there is snow. No one knows how to deal with it.
Being from the south and how the infrastructure is not built for below freezing temperatures it really paints a picture as to why it makes things shut down. Furthermore in places like Texas where the power grid is separate and way worse than other places around the country it starts to make more sense huh
People being hit with weather they're unused to is always something to behold. With weird weather popping up now at any time and seemingly in any place things will continue to get crazy. There probably will have to be a lot of infrastructure improvements over the next century, which is not the kind of thinking anyone wants to engage in.
It’s an issue I here in Maryland
I live up north so snow isn’t an issue for us
