But not from lack of trying

I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

I'll hook you up with a cool agency with a well paid job. 🙃
DCO is not much like A/B testing but also maybe not something to show off about. I know of multiple teams doing this for clients Digitas.
Yes, agencies are always in pitch mode and ideally winning business.
Please tell. What's wrong with Carat or what do you have better than Carat?
Come by Havas Media. I'll give you a tour around the agency. 🙃😁 Hit me up on Linkedin.
There's not high turnover at iP at least, and we don't staff up and down significantly based on client. We're picky, and even if we lose clients, people just get reallocated. Dentsu is one of the most stable networks in that sense I think
The NYC office is cool. I'm at iProspect out of Boston but I've worked remotely there before. I'd say anything in DAN is awesome! What do you actually do/what job role are you interested in? From an overarching network perspective, I think it's one of the better and more stable ones.
Thanks HaleySOS. I work in Data Analytics. My concern is compensation, not that great right now. I also want to work longer than the industry average turnover but I guess Dentsu/Carat is newer?
@Recruiter 1 How do you like Havas (are you a contractor)? Based on what I know, Havas is ranked lower than Carat. Even the network is ranked lower. What can Havas offer that is better than Carat? Carat seems to have top notch clients at the moment.
@Recruiter1: Also, what does well paid mean (NYC)?
@supOP I work at dentsu in analytics and compared to other companies I've talk to in NY pay if definitely comparable. Although I'm Analyst level, not sure if things change at a higher position. Culture is great! Smart and lively group of people. Very flexible work environment with lots of benefits and room to grow
@Analyst 1. How is the Analytics team structured? Do you guys work on specific accounts or it's all accounts within the agency/office?
I have been there for a few months now. So far loving it bc I am being part of a very prosperous change and I am really enjoying what I do and have the support of my team and the leads. Out of all the agencies I have worked in the past, Havas has a very transparent cultures, has an entrepreneurial spirit which allows you to implement new practices (since our industry evolves very quickly). The people you work with are cool, very helpful and receptive to new ideas. And the leads are also great mentors. And the office is very bright and has all the agency perks including a cool global program and continuing education.
If you are in Analytics, you might be interested to know that we are partnering with clients that are pushing us to create campaigns implementing Marketing Mix Modeling and use Dynamic Creative Optimization (display ad technology).
Plus we are in pitch mode and winning business (won two large accounts last year) which means the opportunities for growth and promotion are there if you want to grab them. Hit me back and I'll introduce you to some people.
@Recruiter 1, aren't all agencies in pitch mode all the time? MMM is standard with campaigns. I would think everything goes into it. Dynamic Creative Optimization sounds like A/B testing. You sure these are something different or you're just upselling BS like most recruiters?
@Supervisor OP: Haha. All mentioned before are true statements. However, you can't beat an open culture and transparency...It all depends on what you are looking for in your next move (it's usually that 💸💸💸).
But on top of that, what some people look for is to work with likeminded individuals that I'll have a good laugh with and be friends with. That's what I find in my agency and current role. 🙃
Hope this helps...happy job hunting!
@DigitasLBi 1 Thanks for that bit of info/clarification, learned something new.
@Recruiter 1 Glad you're happy at Havas and all the best with your recruiting efforts but it just seems like Havas NY can't compare with Carat NY. Sorry but thanks for trying. Opportunities at Carat seems greater based on the clients and people there at the moment (based on the trades).
