Got messaged by a C3 . ai recruiter. Read that wlb is bad and that the interview process is absurdly long, but the Glassdoor reviews are 4.2 and can't find actual hours worked posted by anyone. How's the culture really? I'd be aiming for DS consulting, something more functional but with DS/ML concepts as my differentiator.

Georgia tech Omsa is a good one although it depends on what your definition of business analytics is. If it’s just doing data viz in tableau, agree with what SC1 said
Agree with EY1 - hired an associate who switched from doing traditional engineering to data science through OMSA and was impressed with their caliber
Check out the https://www.digitalanalyticsassociation.org/ - they have many resources for Data Scientists/digital analytics. Great way to learn and connect with other experts in the field.
Don’t do it generally speaking. Understanding some people need structure in order to learn but throwing away 40k+ mid career for anything but an MBA is useless. Just learn tableau and alteryx, Deloitte provides free material on these
In consulting this may be true, but in finance you need a graduate degree (any one will do) to advance beyond a certain level. At mu first job you had to be in a program (any program) to be promoted to senior analyst and complete the program prior to promotion to manager. I’ve seen very very few rolws (outside of consulting) that will even entertain candidates without a master’s degree (again- in anything). So a master’s will definitely help you outside of consulting.

MIT has the best Business Analytics program, but it’s focus is more on Data science and Optimization. If you are also looking into that direction, can check it out. Extremely hard to get in though

Pick a state school any state school. Just do your homework with the curriculum and following opportunities. Got my big tech DS job thanks to a $25k MSBA from a business school that I'm not sure even charts at all*
*school is still pretty well known for engineering, so not really no name
Do you mind sharing school name ?
