Any suggestions for a career pivot for someone currently in the data analytics field? It's become extremely competitive

Those who have moved from development into SE, do you have a desire to move into full sales or are you happy with SE and the career path it provides?

Considering switching to a hybrid or fully WFH position, does anyone here have a role like that? What are some of the pros/cons?

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

Is it just me or is the YouGov Profiles tool completely unintuitive to use?
