My boss (exec director) and I need to come up with a schedule strategy. We work in a hybrid setting, 1-2 days in office, the rest remote. As you all know, the days fill up quickly with travel, meetings and requests internal, external, new partners etc. Fridays are usually off limits to schedule anything unless it’s super important or really no way to work around it. have you seen something, created or implemented a strategy/guideline that would free up more time? My experience at D has been confusing through and through, and I think the company is purposely misleading. Over the course of 1 year, I’ve been in 3 different offerings and gone from a cross-consulting strategy consultant to an Oracle ERP consultant, all automatically based on organizational changes. I’m beyond confused and now 5 steps removed from the area I joined Deloitte to pursue. Despite having *very vocally* expressed my non-interest in my role, they did not lay me off cont.
