I’m in the same situation and started P.T. This week also. They wanted me to go 2x a week plus home excersise but the pain is a 10!!
Mt advice is you have to fight it... 🤕
Wish I had some good tips for you. I guess listen to your body. I’m trying to push through.
I have Crps. No meds they don't work for this type of pain. Luckily exercise over years helped plus neuromuscular therapy. Routine chiropractor etc. My injury is at the atlas/c1-2.
