Do the Final Review and keep grinding MCQ

like

Do as many simulations as you can. Honestly, this saved me. Now that it is weighted 50/50 (mcq/sims), you have to put time in to focus on that and not just the mcqs.

like

Pray

like

Forget everthing. Just do 2000 mcq
Screw simulations, screw lectures, screw reviews
Just literally get to the point where like you could memorize the answers

like

Would focus on MCQs, but most important thing is don’t waste time on lectures with this type of grind

Any insight into how to transition into a Program Manager role? My background is process improvement in the supply chain space and I’m trying to pivot into tech. I’ve worked with engineers/ technical partners in my current role which I’m working on leveraging as transferable experience. Any must know concepts, skills or interview prep recommendations would be appreciated!

How does one most effectively make the transition into management from an Individual Contributor?

I've been an individual contributor for 4 years in Tech, have 8 years of experience total. I'm finding it difficult to make the management transition despite having management experience, performing beyond expectations, and having a genuine passion for enablement and development.

I'd appreciate any success stories or pointers you can offer in regards to this transition.

Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

Question: I have a client who started a restaurant. He leased the land and bought shipping containers where he spent money contracting out to turn them into bars. I’m having a tough time determining how to depreciate this! First thought was leasehold but he’s not making improvements to a structure...he owns the structure! But nonresidential real estate at 27.5 years doesn’t make sense either as it’s not a brick and mortar building. Curious on others thoughts! TIA
