Any recommendations? What's your personal experience? Are they worth paying, or is college the way?

Is moving from McK to a firm like LEK (or the equivalent) after only one year something you could actually do or would such a move be viewed with suspicion?

At what point are you too specialized to lateral to internal audit? (PA, consulting, or industry roles) Currently have 2 years of external audit experience and 2 years of forensics: I always thought of internal audit as a decent exit but I’m beginning to get worried about getting too specialized to make that move one day

Is it too soon to quit big law in the first year? I am very unhappy and want to pursue other options in the law but wonder if I am making a mistake by not even giving it a full year.

Turned down a gig at Apple two years ago because I saw a lot of growth opportunities at my current company and saw the position as a step back (even though it was more money) and have regretted it ever since. Still in the same exact position at the same company I was then btw. Bad choice.

I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

At a MM firm where cash comp is lower than normal but carry is higher at junior levels and returns are strong. I won’t receive any carry until ~2025 and then will be really strong, but until then I’m hung out to dry. Should I make a jump somewhere else to expedite comp increases?

Is the international BA diploma worthwhile? My company offers but wonder if other qualifications such as AWS would be more worth while?

The billable hours and lack of work life balance are really getting to me and I am looking to switch to something else out of litigation, preferably in house. I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

I’m trying to collect some supporting reviews/feedback from some of my stakeholders for an upcoming employee review cycle (we don’t do 360s). In the past these have been sent directly to manager but is there another way to collect them to present to manager/hr? Is it weird to ask them to send directly to me for me to present?
