What puzzles do people generally get as a question in senior data analyst role interviews ?

Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. What is the likelihood that if I tried to negotiate from a CW to FTE, I would get the position?

Interviewer: You’re hired! However it will now be an unpaid internship, are you still interested?

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today.
