I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.
I got a call from the Google recruiter about my L7 em interview Google She said I did overwhelmingly good on all interviews except one had mixed feedback on a system design. No surprise because it was not a good interview. The recruiter said i had a choice to go to hiring committee, give referrals they could call about my system design or take another system design interview. I’m not confident about the system design because of the bad experience I had with the previous interviewer. What should I do?

I’m still looking… apparently the only jobs really available are in India. After being displaced a year ago tech isn’t interested I’m guessing because they think I’ll cost too much or I’m too old. At the very least I’ve learned why NOT to offer loyalty. Bring on the lottery, our current 401k plans are under attack by the government! Good luck!

I've interviewed with hiring managers at Microsoft and Google, among a handful of others, so ai am in the right rooms.
Interviewing well doesn't pay the mortgage unfortunately.

I just told my friend that today after a two part interview. I said I did great but it doesn't mean anything. I had interviews where i did well but the job was filled by internal hire or job pulled.
