It’s something I start to dread about five days before I actually need to start calling and a constant stressor in the back of my head at all times. Anyone with stage IV endo and recurring Endometriomas gone on Lupron after egg retrieval? I’m still on birth control but my doc said after egg retrieval (assuming we get a strong embryo), I’d get off of birth control and on lupron for two months before transfer. The reason I’m not getting off of birth control now is because it manages my pain.

I'm realizing I don't really have any "healthy" ways of relaxing outside of work, so drop whatever you got. I just got a really great offer, only downside is the eligibility for maternity leave is after 12 months of employment. We got a faint positive today but have had so many chemical pregnancies over the past year that I am not confident it will stick this time BUT I am on aspirin and progesterone for this try … so it could.. Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Tips for desk research heavy projects (lots of reading, processing and synthesising information): how do you do it? Are certain meds better/worse? Modafinil feels better for reading and processing info but stimulants better for focus and executing tasks.

Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?

As someone with ADHD, have you ever asked for adjustments to the interview process (PST, case interview, etc.)?

If so, what did you ask for (extra time, or anything else else)? and did you feel like it helped?

Anyone here have comorbid anxiety and/or depression? How did you know, and how do you manage it now? I think I might be struggling with one or both and I’m trying to figure out how to proceed. Not currently seeing a therapist or medicated, managing based on strategies I learned from an ADHD coach back in college, so at minimum I would need to find a provider, which has been a barrier (cost-wise, finding someone with experience with ADHD, etc.)
