My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Yes, mostly either at the SA/first year manager or at the partner level. Not much at any other level without an MBA pit stop.
Might’ve moved but never loved
Many have done B school in between and recruited in via the traditional path, however, that’s the majority for all big 4.
That said, yes some go direct, often with a needed specialty such as procurement, during a time when MBB is growing that practice, and I know people personally who have done that, it’s just not common.
