Exited to LinkedIn S&O. Still new but their culture is very laid back. Especially compared to where I came from. My hiring manager discussion was very straightforward. It felt like she was checking to see if I’ll jive with the team. Interviews after that became much more standard (case interviews, discussions on the tech market/trends, what I’ve done / behavioral questions). I had 3 interviews after talking to the hiring manager.

I did not do a presentation. It was a standard interviewer led case. Health insurance is all paid for from what I read. $2k a year to spend on almost anything you want is nice (eg massage, travel, etc.).
What role OP? Interview process is fairly standard with HM interview, case, 2-3 manager interviews and a final with the lead of the group
Hey OP- I did a case presentation. What role are you applying for?
@D1 what type of case was it? And what role? About to apply for a position and want to study up as much as I can
