Not sure about others but I feel like acct management can be a tricky side. Ever since I was an AAE up until now, I never had a manager who taught me things. I just learned on my own and went with it, made mistakes, learned. I sometimes wish I had a mentor or teacher who guided me. I’m already an account group sup but I want to do better and learn.
