What are your client follow-up/communication policies or practices? I’m hearing more and more that clients don’t like the long periods of time with little to no contact. From my perspective, since I bill for my time, unless I have an update or need something, I don’t initiate a call. Also, clients hold on to important info and don’t initiate a call cause they’re waiting for me to communicate with them.

I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. I lived in VA for 8 months of 2019 and then moved to DC for the last 4 months.
