Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Definitely a sales role with a Quota you’d be expected to hit; not the most common exit opp after consulting due to the heavy sales aspect. Do it if you thrive on sales but it will be less corporate and org focused as opposed to consulting.
It really depends, as the BD group is pretty vast and has a couple of different functions. If the role has a quota, it will generally say so in the JD. There are also BD roles that are focused on partnerships and strategy, depending on the group they roll up into. Do you have the JD or know what group it's related to?
