Have multiple offers from big firms but planning to go with this growing organisation as I had a aspiration to be a part of a growing organisation and grow career to another level.

But not sure how this org is in terms of project, career security & growth . Their details are not available on internet.

Soon transferring from an advisory role (financing, FDD, consultancy, modeling etc) at a small boutique firm to a TAS role at BDO. Main clients are lower MM and MM PE as well as listed corporates.

Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic.
