Good feedback. Thanks.
Worked for them. Pay model is crap. People are good. Culture has better balance but leadership changes strategy too often. Lacking vision.
Not good
I did an info session at the ny office when I was applying for jobs
Not near the level of big 4
Worked with some of their people on the oracle consulting side. Seemed to have a good culture and some good people, but unsure about the pay.
I have a friend who works there. He is highly overworked and underpaid (about 20-25% lower and lesser benefits than Big 4 as a undergrad hire and the increases are smaller than big 4). The projects don't sound all that interesting either. The culture sounds to be hit or miss. Some people are cool and others are vengeful or under qualified.
Their consulting arm is much smaller and their accounting practice is most of the firm. It sounds like they have a smaller feel and have a tight local office network with a lot of social events. It doesn't sound like the consultants do as much travel
