Which one is good to join in terms of job security and other perspectives.
Does BNP has all fixed salary structure.

16 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable + 2.5 Lakhs Joining Bonus

Can you please help me out whether this is a good offer as per my experience.

1. Calsoft - Senior SDET - 17 LPA - ready to offer 24lpa + 1lakh Joining bonus.
2. McAfee - SDET Grade 6 - 23.5 LPA.

I am currently confused to join which company. Is Calsoft better than McAfee.? Also, is McAfee stable? Is there any firing of employees happened very recently because of organizational changes? Need suggestions. Thanks in advance.
