What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

I have a few friends that work out of the SF location, and they love it. I’ve heard LA and Seattle don’t get as much attention or innovative work. They said 401k match is 6% and PTO is around 20+ days but that’s including sick days. The stock options though I’ve heard are the best.
🙋🏻♀️ Worked here 2 years I absolutely love it and no plans on leaving. SF probably has some of the best projects especially with the acquisition of Matter. Service design is huge and put on a pedestal if you're into that.
Should be the same as Accenture, no?
Ya, just found that out. Any one have opinions on the studio?
Is service design on a pedestal across Fjord? Asking about NYC...
I share space with them in NYC. Benefits are Accenture. They are cool, and I really like the service design work they do.
Mixed reports, tbh. I know a couple of people who left due to bad management and culture - Fjord LA was apparently an acquisition post-Accenture, and not “OG Fjord”. May have changed in last couple of years though.
@deloitte Yes across all of fjord service design is huge... IXDs are "Service and interaction designers". NYC especially bc they're one of the bigger offices.
