Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

MIs interview process is identical to the generalist process.
If you’re an MI consultant you’ll have the choice to work on the traditional strategy engagements as well as to stick around a bit longer to help coach the clients through it.
So should expect same case interview topics as the generalist. Having case on phone so just worried about the math question as I won't be able to see it and would have to rely on listening it from the interviewer. Makes a difference when you can see the figures vs hearing it.

Yes, expect the same.
That is the main difference with the initial phone case, no exhibits. Just listen carefully, take your time, if in doubt with what you’ve heard - confirm with the interviewer.
Good luck!
It’s identical to the generalist interview! And M1 is right that once you start full-time, you have your choice of strategy vs implementation engagements.
I had my choice of generalist-ops vs ops-implementation and I chose the former. Mostly bc I knew more people aligned to ops than MI. It ends up being similar now that I’m full-time. Mostly I’m just glad I’m not a generalist 😂
