Finishing my MBA in 3 weeks. Looking to make a career switch from healthcare fundraising / development (12 yrs experience with big Boston hospitals ).. Anyone else do this and get into a comparable job they like a lot better??
I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.
Anyone know who might be looking for a network coordinator?
HR question. When switching companies and the new company has a 30 day waiting period before health insurance starts, how do y'all handle insurance coverage? Cobra wouldn't be an option as resigning doesn't qualify.
My company is looking for mid-level contract recruiters to do mostly direct sourcing and candidate engagement. Potential to go perm. If you’ve done a mix of tech, finance and searching for direct hire management consulting talent that’s even better. Remote position. Must like cold calling. $35-$40/hr
Shout out to all US-peeps thinking (or not) about WFH or ‘putting employees first’ (or not). Guys. European here. Living in full lockdown. And soooooooo angry, we didn’t look at ...

This isn't about being childfree this time but is a bowl that I think is least likely to have anyone who's involved lurking. Looking for perspective.
I'm in healthcare, agency side. I have a couple of product names I've never had to say out loud until a recent client meeting. I practiced pronunciation before the meeting because it's different than how I hear it in my head. Continued in comments:
I work in MCOL City as a Global LMS Administrator for a company with 10,000+ employees through out AMER, EMEA, APAC. About 85% Remote working

Which firm has the strongest US practice (true expertise, revenue/growth, range & quality of projects, reputation) in digital health strategy?
KLAS being pay for play makes its rankings meaningless IMHO.
Just got an offer at EY in chicago. Are people in the office? Remote? Traveling? My interviewers were from all over the US and more established in their career so seemed to wfh more regularly.
This month I have come to facing that reality that I need to leave my current company due to lack of growth within my career path staying in sales and business development. Primarily no opportunity to not relocate to work remote. Not interested in switching to marketing or enablement there. Interested in advisory, technology consulting, project management or remaining in business development in Chicago. Anyone open to sharing where you are/what you do for a referral and advice?
@Elevance health Hello, I’m considering applying for the Behavioral Health Director position in Iowa. I noticed a lot of positions suddenly opened in this area. Is this a new coverage area or has there been any other changes in the company? Also, any idea what the salary would be for this position. Thank you.

Google peeps - I have 13 YOE, 4 as software engineer, 9+ as healthcare tech consultant (7+ as manager). Should I be pursuing L6 or L7 roles?
Ask: can we all stop trying to drive healthcare workers into the ground to save money? Thanks
Currently, I am a clinical liaison at a large skilled nursing company in the Houston Medical Center. I have recently been offered multiple positions making more and working fewer hours . I have only worked with my previous company for roughly six months, but I feel I am underpaid. How much do people in this position make, and how do I go about asking for a raise? Is it too soon?
Tips on attacking an MSJ? Most efficient strategy so that little time is wasted? I thought maybe I should start by addressing the Memo. Then I’d know the facts that really need to be disputed as well as the facts that I need to add to make my arguments. This seems like the most efficient attack plan, but I’m open to hear any suggestions! Thank you!
Posting on my wife’s behalf - We recently moved to the US and she is currently looking for a good role in HR consulting. She has previously worked with KPMG, McKinsey, Korn Ferry and WTW in Talent and Org. consulting practices in India for about 12 years. She also recently cleared her SPHR certification. It will be a great help if anyone can refer or aware of any job openings in NYC area. Thanks!
Currently working at Citi (C10). Would be completing 18months by Feb'23.
1-Can I directly apply for IJP 2-3 week's prior or do I need to serve notice in my current project?
2- Also can I apply directly for C12 level if required YOE is matching?
3- Within IJP can I apply for outside India?
4- What would be ideal appraisal % I can expect considering team size is small and best performer in my current project.
I’m a solar electrician at sunrun. I focus mainly on energy storage systems such as Tesla batteries. Currently making 93k a year with Lots of OT that push me into 150k a year. High stress job and high reward. At 31, I feel I could keep up with the long hours but I know eventually it will have to stop as it’s not sustainable long term. I thought about joining the union after this but I’m afraid it might not be what it used to be. Can anyone tell me their experience as journeyman electrician there
Late Feb/early March: Miami, Bahamas, Punta Cana, or Aruba for long weekend with boyfriend? Flying from NYC so want an easy direct flight. Details in post!

I have a total of 20 years of consulting experience, with 15 years of PeopleSoft and 5 years of Oracle Cloud experience. Lately, I've been thinking of moving into Sales. Please advice what's the best way to proceed, as well as if this is something you recommend. I'm looking for better work life balance and salary around 190K. Is this realistic?

Client offered a job. Under-qualified but they love me. Pay is great. Only 9 months at D. Feeling a little overwhelmed. Doubting myself. Bought a pack of cigs and taking a cab to Central Park.
Tattoo Projects in Charlotte NC? They’re hiring for a few positions - anyone know if they’re any good?
Now SEL is under attack. We’ve entered into the world of the McCarthyism.
“Patriots" would claim they're just protecting children from deranged teachers openly endorsing suicide. Yes. They believe teachers are encouraging their students to commit suicide through SEL. Education First Alliance argues that SEL is anti-white, anti-Christian, and anti-American.

If anyone wants to study for the CFE but doesn’t want to pay the full price for the study materials and would be interested to split it, please DM me
I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!
For anyone who’s taken / passed the CFE, is it worth paying for the full exam prep course or would studying the fraud examiners manual suffice?
I see a lot of job openings at Deloitte for their US Fraud Specialist Team. Is anyone familiar with this group? How is it different than their regular forensics teams?
What should be the next certification that I should get? I have the CFE. I’m targeting the CFCS and the ACAMS as the next ones that I should get. Any thoughts on which one I should get 1st? Pros/Cons
Can anyone provide some guidance to taking the CFE? As in which membership option to choose from followed by when exactly can we take the exam, if the entire amount is reimbursed or not? Just a generic timeline and additional required info. Don’t want to sign up yet if the exam dates are not flexible. Thank you.
Has anyone worked in the disaster recovery Space and went directly into fraud? I’ve worked on disaster recovery projects as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Essentially we make sure no fraud is occurring. I haven’t had any luck finding a remote fraud role without my applications getting denied. I’ve been thinking about getting my CFE, as I’m sure that might help.
Hi fishes, planning on applying to Charles River Associates for Associate Principle. How's Charles River Associates as a forensic practice and how's their pay and growth?
Comp question - what should a B4 Senior with a CPA, CFF, CFE, and a MBA with 4 years forensic exp (D&T) and 6+ years non-forensic exp (industry) in NYC and DC markets expect in this current climate?
Anyone tried the new Sanctions Certificate (CGSS) offered by ACAMS? Trying to see how difficult it is considering I don't have a lot of experience with sanctions compliance. I have CAMS & work in AML
I recently passed the CFE and was looking into the CAMS next. Any suggestions on how to best prepare for the CAMS? I’ve been mostly reviewing the index cards that come with the prep material.
Thoughts on working at MDD?
Anyone have the CFF from the AICPA and willing to share their studying/exam experience? Curious about required effort, study plans, exam structure, overall opinions of the cert. Thanks!
Is it just me or at EY Forensics everyone just blame any mistake on those below them. I sent something to a client with a mistake which my supervisor didn’t notice as well. When the client came back the supervisor just fully blamed me for it like they didn’t review the work themselves. I completely agree with taking responsibility for my mistakes but mistakes happen and there is no need to finger point like it’s not a team effort.
Question based on another’s recent post. Are there any firms in the U.S. that focuses on forensics within the Oil & Gas space for or with connections to the Middle East?
Long story short, had done Arabic language classes in school and was an Alternate recipient (no real merit and I ended up withdrawing) for the Boren / NSEP fellowship in the Middle East. Funny enough it was actually supposed to be in Qatar. Would love to explore that again.
For those in the forensics field have you ever considered becoming an FBI agent? Or do you feel that private sector’s benefits and work is far better?
