Yes I have a friend who lived there. Odd little pocket being close to Glenn heights and red oak, but still close to midlothian too. Schools are fine, decent spacing between houses, more country feel to it.
My wife is a realtor and can do 20% of her commission as cash back too, may help you out
Yes not to far from Dallas and other growing suburbans like midlothian, red oak, and Waxahachie. More land and space
I just moved to red oak which is nearby, so far loving it
Interesting. Do you have kids, what builder did you use?
I'm a Realtor. Having lived here all of my life I can highly recommend Ovilla. Buying a home there will be a great investment and property values continue to go up. Because it's in Ellis County, your property taxes will be lower then in Dallas County. Very family oriented and I think you would be very happy there. Hopes this helps.
